Sliced nectarines with oranges are laid out in jars, poured with boiling water and left for half an hour. Then all the liquid is poured into a saucepan, sugar is added to it and everything is brought to a boil. Fruits are poured with the resulting syrup and the compote is rolled.

Fill the fruit in jars with the resulting sugar syrup and roll up our compote with sterile lids. Turn it upside down, wrap it in a towel or blanket and leave it for several hours until it cools completely. Store in a cool, dark place. We open it in winter, pour it into glasses and serve a delicious vitamin drink to the table. Bon Appetit!
