Compote of nectarines and oranges for the winter

Sliced ​​nectarines with oranges are laid out in jars, poured with boiling water and left for half an hour. Then all the liquid is poured into a saucepan, sugar is added to it and everything is brought to a boil. Fruits are poured with the resulting syrup and the compote is rolled.

Before starting cooking, thoroughly rinse the cans of soda under hot water. Then we sterilize them in any suitable way. We also wash the nectarines under running water, dry on a paper towel, cut in half, remove the bone and cut into slices. We transfer everything to a sterilized jar.

Rinse the orange under running water, dry it with a paper towel and cut into small pieces without cutting off the peel. We also remove the bones if necessary. We send it to a jar with chopped nectarine.

We put water on the stove to boil and pour the sliced ​​fruits with boiling water. Cover the jars with lids and let stand for half an hour until the liquid cools down a little.
