Sea buckthorn is one of the most useful berries that increase the body's defenses due to the large amount of vitamins. Harvesting this berry for the winter in the form of a compote will also delight you with its unique aroma and taste. Sea buckthorn for compote is harvested in late autumn and dense and ripe berries are selected. The most difficult part of preparing this drink is separating the berries from the twigs. We prepare compote without sterilization, but jars with lids must be sterile.
