Peach and grape compote for the winter

A light, fragrant and tasty assorted compote for the winter can be prepared from peaches mixed with grapes, especially white or green. For this harvest, ripe and dense peaches and seedless grapes are chosen. The compote is prepared by the method of double pouring with a break for a day and subsequent sterilization, because the peach is capricious for storage.
