As surprising as it may sound, but this drink, in the winter period of the year, you can safely replace the vitamin complex. It contains such a great variety of vitamins, minerals and beneficial acids that purchased juices and carbonated drinks can only envy.

To begin with, we will prepare the main ingredients: we thoroughly rinse the ranetki and mountain ash and dry them with a paper towel, or simply by throwing them in a colander. Remove the stalks from apples, cut into quarters and remove the core and seeds. We sort out the berries, leaving only dense and not spoiled.

On the bottom of a sterile jar we spread the so-called "filling", but the container should not be more than ½ filled.

Fill the contents with boiling water, cover with a lid and leave to warm up for 30-35 minutes.

After half an hour, pour the solution into a saucepan of a suitable size, add granulated sugar and lemon, mix everything actively and send it to the stove. Bring to a boil over low heat and cook for another 3-4 minutes.

Pour jars of fruits and berries with boiling syrup, roll up and put on the lids until they cool completely. Store in a cool and dark place out of direct sunlight.
