Self-made compote according to this recipe can easily replace packaged juice with a huge amount of preservatives. This drink can be safely served to children from an early age and not worry about the composition. Only natural ingredients are used, which can, if desired, grow on your own.

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
For this recipe, absolutely any kind of fruit is suitable, however, to get a sweet drink, it is recommended to use sweet and sour ranetki and ordinary garden pears. We thoroughly rinse all products and discard them in a colander, allowing excess water to drain.
step 2 out of 5
We leave the fruits whole (if they are not large), you can cut it as you like, and fill the jar first with ranetki, and then with pears. The container should be no more than 2/4 full.
step 3 out of 5
Let's start preparing the sweet filling: pour about 2.7-3 liters of water into a saucepan of a suitable size, add 300 granulated sugar and bring to a boil, then make a minimum fire and boil for no more than 5-7 minutes.
step 4 out of 5
Pour the jars with the resulting syrup (it is advisable to inject the liquid in a thin stream in order to avoid cracking the glass), roll it up with a special machine, put it on the lids and wrap it in a blanket until it cools.
step 5 out of 5
The finished drink can be served immediately, or it can be stored for about 12 months in a dark, cool place. Enjoy!
