Compote made from Siberian - heavenly apples with the addition of irgi is a real storehouse of vitamins that our body needs so much during all cold months. This drink contains vitamins of groups A, B and D, therefore, such a roll for the winter can be safely called "vitamin".

First of all, we wash the ranetki, select only whole fruits without damage and remove the tails.

We also wash the berries thoroughly, removing all the leaves and twigs.

We sterilize jars and lids the way you like (using an oven, microwave).

Put ranetki, irga and a few cherry leaves in a clean and dry container to add a magical aroma to our compote.

Prepare a sweet sauce: pour 3 liters of filtered water into a saucepan or basin of a suitable size and bring to a boil. With the appearance of the first bubbles, add sugar and mix thoroughly. We reduce the heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the granulated sugar is completely dissolved.

Fill the jars with fruits and berries with sugar syrup up to the "neck" and roll them up using a special machine.
