Not everyone knows, but when you add sea buckthorn to a compote with apples, we get a drink with a distinct pineapple flavor. Winter seaming turns out to be not only tasty and aromatic, but also very useful.

We thoroughly wash the ranetki and cut it into quarters, if you have small fruits, you can leave it whole. Be sure to remove the core along with the bones.
