On the Internet, you can find a million recipes for making "winter" fruit drinks, however, this recipe is a win-win, since the combination of sour apples and juicy sweet plums will appeal to absolutely everyone.

We start by preparing the main ingredients: we thoroughly wash the fruits under running water and dry them (you can do this by simply throwing them in a colander, or you can wipe them with paper towels).

We do not remove the skin from the apples, cut it into four parts and cut out the seed capsule along with the seeds. We just cut the plums in half and take out the pit.

We rinse a three-liter jar with a soda solution and pour over boiling water, then fill it halfway with fruits and pour boiling water to the top. From above, be sure to cover the container with a lid and leave it to warm for 10-15 minutes.

After the time has passed, carefully pour the water from the jar into a saucepan of a suitable size.
