A drink made from garden fruits is very rich in nutrients and trace elements that the human body really needs in winter. The content of vitamin C is off scale in homemade apples and plums, which means that this compote can replace the intake of ascorbic acid.

We wash the apples and plums, remove the tails, but leave the skin and bones intact. This recipe uses whole fruits.

We transfer the prepared ingredients to a sterile three-liter jar and pour boiling water over it. For warming up, as a rule, 10-15 minutes is enough.
