Ranetki and currant compote in a 3-liter jar for the winter

Black currant is one of the most useful berries that you can grow in your own dacha, and then cook from it, in combination with ranets, a funky compote that everyone, without exception, will like. The compote is rolled up without sterilization, which greatly simplifies the cooking process.
