"Vitamin" drink made from summer fruits with the addition of berries is exactly what every person needs in winter, since, despite the heat treatment, the ingredients retain most of the vitamins and microelements.

It is necessary to prepare the main components of the future compote: we thoroughly wash the apples and remove all spoiled areas, we also wash the currants and separate the berries from the branches.

Cut the apples into small cubes or slices, be sure to peel them of the core and seeds.

Put the berries in a colander and rinse again, it is better to do this under running water.
