Compote of ranetki and grapes in a 3-liter jar for the winter

Apple-grape compote is one of the most common options for harvesting for the winter, because this taste has been familiar to us since childhood. And in combination with lemon, which gives a unique sourness, the drink becomes even more interesting.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
We carefully sort the grapes (removing all the spoiled berries), rinse and separate from the branches. At this time, pour 3 liters of water into the pan and send it to boil.
step 2 out of 7
Cut the apples into quarters and remove the seed capsule. If you have small ranetki, then you can leave it whole by removing the tails. It is recommended to sprinkle with lemon juice on top so that the fruits do not change their color.
step 3 out of 7
We transfer the prepared ingredients to a clean three-liter jar and add a few slices of lemon for taste and aroma.
step 4 out of 7
Pour the filled container with boiling water to the "neck", cover with a lid and leave to infuse for 15-20 minutes.
step 5 out of 7
Then we drain the water and return to the stove, bringing to a boil a second time. While the liquid is boiling, fill the ranetki with grapes and lemon slices with granulated sugar.
step 6 out of 7
As soon as the water starts to gurgle, immediately fill the cans and roll them up.
step 7 out of 7
Put the finished compote on the lids and cover with a towel or blanket until it cools completely. Store preferably in a cellar or basement. Bon Appetit!
