For this recipe, both large and small ranetki are suitable. We wash the apples thoroughly, peel them and cut them into not thick slices (if you have small ones, into quarters), removing the core and seeds.

The grapes must be sorted out, removing all spoiled berries. Separate whole fruits from twigs, rinse and dry.

We lay out the prepared ingredients in sterile jars and fill with boiling water, let it brew for 7-10 minutes. Then pour the water into a saucepan and bring it to a boil over low heat, add sugar and stir until completely dissolved. We continue cooking for about 5 minutes more.
