A refreshing compote with citrus notes will appeal to absolutely everyone. Only citruses can dilute the sweet taste of apples of paradise, and lemon with orange is ideal for this role. The drink perfectly refreshes and quenches thirst, thanks to the addition of mint.

We thoroughly wash the ranetki and cut it into quarters right in the skin, be sure to remove the core and bones.

Pour boiling water over orange and lemon and dry. We simply cut the sour fruit into thin rings, but from the orange it is necessary to remove the dense orange peel and white shell, then we also cut it into circles.

Banks can not be sterilized, but simply rinse with soda solution and scald with boiling water, wipe dry. Put the prepared ingredients in a dry container, and put fresh mint leaves on top.

In a saucepan or kettle, boil about 2.5 liters of water and carefully fill the container, it should be done carefully and slowly, in order to avoid cracking the glass. After that, cover with a lid and leave to warm up for at least half an hour.
