Combine the fruit with a pinch of cardamom and cinnamon or anise and vanilla for an amazingly tasty and aromatic drink that your family will enjoy.

We wash the plums in running water, remove the stalks and leaves. We discard the plums in a colander and leave for 5-10 minutes to drain the water. Then we cut the plums in half, remove the seeds and cut the fruits into small slices.

Put the pot of water on the fire, bring it to a boil and add the prepared fruit. Bring the water to a boil again and boil the compote for 8-10 minutes.
