Plum, apple and pear compote in a 3 liter jar for the winter

Apples and pears always go hand in hand, that is, together. This is how these fruits complement each other. Pear is distinguished by its light viscosity, without which it is difficult to imagine compote. The apple is responsible for the sweet and sour taste, and the plum, like nothing, softens the entire gamut better and just melts in your mouth.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
First of all, we will prepare the fruits necessary for making compote. We wash everything well and leave to dry.
step 2 out of 5
We cut all the components into slices, cut the core out of them and remove the bones. You can peel off apples and pears.
step 3 out of 5
Put the chopped fruit into a saucepan and fill it with water. Cook them until they become softer. This will take about 15-20 minutes.
step 4 out of 5
After this time, add granulated sugar to the fruit, and mix everything well, trying to distribute it as evenly as possible throughout the volume. Cook the fruit in sugar syrup for about five more minutes.
step 5 out of 5
We sterilize the jars and fill them with fruit compote. Then we put them in a saucepan, cover with a lid and sterilize for about 10 minutes. At this stage, roll up the compote with sterile lids, turn over and cool to room temperature.
We wish you successful preparations and bon appetit!
