Sugar-free grape compote for the winter

A healthy and delicious drink can be made from garden grapes, even without added sugar. Long-term storage of conservation will be due to the juice and natural sweetness contained in the berries.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
We thoroughly wash the blue grapes under running water and at the same time sort out each berry, removing all the spoiled and unripe ones. We separate it from the branches and put it in a colander, so that all the excess water is glass.
step 2 out of 5
We wash a three-liter jar with a soda solution and pour over boiling water, give time to dry. Pour the fruits into the prepared container, about 1/3.
step 3 out of 5
Pour the berries with boiling water, this must be done with extreme caution, and pour in the water very slowly, in order to avoid cracking the glass.
step 4 out of 5
Cover the filled jar with a lid and sterilize in a large saucepan, placing a piece of cloth on the bottom so that the dishes stand steadily. We continue this manipulation for 10-15 minutes.
step 5 out of 5
We take out the container and immediately roll it up using a special machine. Turn upside down, cover with a towel and leave for a day at room temperature. After complete cooling, we put it into storage. Bon Appetit!
