Compote of grapes and pears without sterilization for a 3 liter jar for the winter

Chopped pears are put together with grapes in jars and poured with boiling water. Then sugar syrup is prepared from the resulting broth, with which the fruit is poured. Citric acid is added to the jars and the compote is rolled. The result is a very healthy and tasty drink.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Rinse the pears thoroughly under running water, dry them on a paper towel and cut them into 6 pieces. We remove the grapes from the branch and also wash it.
step 2 out of 5
We wash the cans of soda well with hot water and sterilize them in a convenient way. We put chopped pears and grapes on them.
step 3 out of 5
Boil the required amount of water in a saucepan. Fill the fruit with boiling water, cover the jars with sterile lids and let stand for 15-20 minutes. Pour the resulting broth into a saucepan, add granulated sugar and set on fire. Bring to a boil and cook for a few minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved.
step 4 out of 5
Pour citric acid into each jar, pour pears and grapes with hot sugar syrup and roll up our compote with sterile lids. Turn it upside down, wrap it in a towel or blanket and leave it overnight until it cools completely.
step 5 out of 5
We send the compote for storage in a dark, cool place. We take it out in winter, pour it into glasses, serve it to the table and enjoy a delicious drink.
Bon Appetit!
