Grape compote and plums in a 3 liter jar for the winter

Plums with grapes are placed in jars, poured with boiling water and left for 7-8 minutes. Then all the liquid is drained and brought to a boil. Sugar with citric acid is added to the fruit and everything is again poured with boiling water. The compote is rolled up and stored in the cellar.
