Isabella grape compote in a 3-liter jar without sterilization for the winter

Drinks prepared for the winter from grapes of various varieties are always aromatic and very rich in taste. Berries such as Isabella and Dove are best suited for this recipe. To please yourself with a vitamin roll, it will take a minimum of time, since sterilization is not needed.

We thoroughly rinse the required amount of berries under running water and discard them in a colander, so that all excess water is glass. Carefully remove all the grapes from the branch, leaving only dense berries without damage.

In a saucepan, boil about 2.5 liters of clean water, and transfer the prepared grapes to a clean jar, filling no more than 1/3.

Fill the container with boiling water (it should be done carefully and injected with a thin stream in order to avoid cracking the glass) and cover with a lid, leave to warm up for 10-15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, pour the solution back into the saucepan and bring to a boil a second time.

Fill the grapes with granulated sugar.

In the second circle, fill the berries with a solution and roll them up. To check the tightness of the jar, be sure to turn it over, and wrap it on top in a blanket, for gradual cooling.
