Isabella grape compote with citric acid in a 3-liter jar

The combination of rich blue Isabella grapes and white grapes (any variety is suitable) "create" a unique taste and aroma that is in no way inferior to store-bought packaged juice. However, this drink is downright oversaturated with vitamins and useful microelements.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
To begin with, we will prepare the main ingredients: the grapes, thoroughly washing and at the same time sorting, leaving only whole berries for the compote without traces of damage and decay, separate from the branches and put them in a colander so that all the water is glass. We measure the required amount of granulated sugar, it is very easy to measure 250 grams - this is one full faceted glass.
step 2 out of 5
Put the berries in clean and pre-sterilized jars, filling the container a little less than half. Boil water and sugar in a saucepan. The solution should be thoroughly mixed to completely dissolve the sweetener. Pour the jars with hot syrup, cover with lids and leave to warm up for 10-15 minutes.
step 3 out of 5
After 15 minutes, pour the water back into the pan, add your favorite spices (if you don’t like it, just don’t add) and citric acid. Bring to a boil a second time.
step 4 out of 5
We immediately roll up the cans and put them on the lids to check the tightness, cover with a blanket on top and leave to cool for at least a day.
step 5 out of 5
Our tasty and healthy drink is ready. Enjoy!
