The grapes are poured with boiling water and left for 12 minutes. Then all the liquid is drained back into the pot and brought to a boil. Sugar and citric acid are poured into the jars. Everything is again poured with boiling water and the compote is rolled up. It turns out to be a very tasty and sweet drink.

Turn it upside down, wrap it in a towel or blanket and leave it to cool completely for several hours or overnight. We send the finished compote for storage in the cellar or in another cool place.
