Grape compote in a 3-liter jar without sterilization for the winter

The more grapes are used in the cooking process, the more concentrated the compote turns out. The variety of fruits can be anything. It is best to use raisins, as they do not contain seeds.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
We wash the grapes first with warm and then cold water. The most convenient way to do this is with a colander. When the excess liquid drains and the berries dry out, the grapes can be separated from the branches.
step 2 out of 5
The dishes for rolling compote should be chosen very carefully. Make sure that there are no cracks or chips. We clean the jar and lid with baking soda. We rinse them with running water and sterilize them.
step 3 out of 5
We fill the cleaned jar with grapes. We subject the required amount of water to purification, and then pour it into the pan.
step 4 out of 5
When the liquid boils, pour it into the grapes in the jar. We cover the neck of the container with a lid. We infuse the compote for 10 minutes. Then pour the liquid into a saucepan and add sugar to it. While the infusion is boiling, stir the sugar until it is completely dissolved.
step 5 out of 5
Fill the grapes in a jar with syrup and roll up the container. Turn over and wrap. When the compote has completely cooled in its natural environment, we put the jar in a cool place for storage.

Bon Appetit!
