Pitted cherry compote

Cherry compote has a rich taste and aroma. Even a small amount of such a drink will last for a long time, since it can be diluted with water, thereby adjusting the taste.

Rinse the berries thoroughly and put them in a colander. We must throw away spoiled cherries and do not use them in cooking.
