Sugar-free cherry compote

Compotes in the form of rolls are now considered not very healthy, since they contain a large amount of sugar, and these are fast carbohydrates. However, you can put a healthy and tasty cherry compote for the winter without any granulated sugar.

Sort out broken and wormy cherries, remove twigs, leaves and other debris. Rinse the cherries in several waters until the water remains clear. Let the liquid drain slightly by placing the berries in a colander.

Pour 1/3 of their volume cherries into pre-washed and sterilized jars.

Pour boiling water over, cover with sterile lids and for 15 minutes. leave to brew. Then drain the water from the jars, boil it again and pour it into the jars. Roll up with a typewriter. Turn the jars upside down under a warm shawl and allow to cool completely without sudden changes in temperature to room temperature.
