Cherry and sweet cherry compote

Cherries and sweet cherries are perfectly combined with each other, so the compote from these berries is a real boon for the winter time. Do not be lazy in the summer season to prepare this delicious compote and save it for the winter.

Sort out the berries and remove the stalks from the cherries and cherries. Rinse the berries well in running water.
