This is a great winter cherry compote recipe that won't take up much of your time. It is not necessary to sterilize the workpiece, so you will close this compote in jars very quickly. Do not pass by this recipe, as in winter you will regret very much that you do not have enough various vitamin compotes.

Sort the cherries thoroughly and wash them in running water. Rinse the jars with soda or sterilize, if this is more reliable for you. Boil the lids in water for a few minutes.
