White apple compote pouring without sterilization in a 3 liter jar for the winter

White filling is one of the best varieties of apples. Fruit trees are quite unpretentious, and you can collect several buckets of fruits from one plant, but, unfortunately, apples quickly deteriorate, and in order to save as much fruit as possible, we will prepare a “quick” compote.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
Initially, we will prepare the container for the future compote - jars. Sterilization is not required, it is enough to thoroughly wash the dishes and rinse them with boiling water, the same applies to the lids. Put whole apples in clean jars to the top (try to take fruits of the same size and not too large).
step 2 out of 7
We bring two liters of water to a boil and pour it into our apples, the fruits should be completely covered with boiling water. Cover the top with a lid and leave for 20-25 minutes, during which time the apples are saturated with water.
step 3 out of 7
After 25 minutes, pour the water from the cans back into the pan. It is better to do this through a special lid with holes.
step 4 out of 7
Return the saucepan to the stove, add sugar to the water and bring to a boil over high heat.
step 5 out of 7
Pour apples to the neck of the jar with the resulting sugar syrup.
step 6 out of 7
We close the filled container with a lid and roll it up using a special machine. This must be done carefully so that the bank does not crack.
step 7 out of 7
Turn the sealed jar upside down, cover it with a towel and leave to cool for 6-8 hours. Then we put the finished compote to the storage place.
