Apple and pear compote in a 2-liter jar for the winter

The combination of apples and pears is very simple and affordable, but no less delicious. Such compote turns out to be very rich and moderately sweet and you will definitely like your taste in cold winter.

We wash and dry the fruits thoroughly, after which we cut them into large slices, after removing the core.

Fill the pears with apples with boiling water to the very neck. Cover the jars with lids and leave them for about 10 minutes.
