Yellow plum compote with seeds in a 3-liter jar for the winter

Despite the fact that the compote contains plums, it turns out to be incredibly refreshing and fragrant, calling everyone to its scent. And the undoubted advantage of this preparation is the minimum amount of sugar, because nothing can compare with the natural sweetness of the plum.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Rinse yellow plums as best as possible and soak if necessary. Then we lay them out on a flat surface so that they dry out a little.
step 2 out of 5
Put the prepared plums on the bottom of sterilized jars. You can take any number of plums.
step 3 out of 5
To prepare the syrup, which will contain the plums, we combine the water with sugar and send the liquid to the fire. Bring everything to a boil.
step 4 out of 5
Then we fill the jars with sugar syrup and, covering them with a lid, put them on the bottom of a saucepan filled with warm water. Also, for comfortable sterilization, cover the bottom with a towel and keep the compote on fire for about 15 minutes.
step 5 out of 5
We take the sterilized compote out of the pan and tighten the lids tightly. Before sending for storage, we turn the cans over and cool.
Enjoy your meal!
