Raspberry jam for the winter

Raspberry jam can be served with tea or used as a dessert filling. The berry treat is perfect for pies, cakes, homemade cookies and sweets.

We sort out the raspberries, leaving only the whole neat berries. We wash them.

We pass the berries through a blender or meat grinder. We need to get raspberry puree.

Pour water into the berry mass and put it on the stove. We heat up.

Pour in sugar and continue to cook until smooth. Stir over low heat for 10-15 minutes.

Do not forget to remove the foam during cooking.

Fill a pack of gelatin with warm water, mix and pour into boiled raspberries. We keep on fire for another 5 minutes and remove.
