Ranetka jam for the winter

Each hostess has a list of her proven recipes that have never failed, and I propose to supplement my cookbook. A safe way to prepare for the winter is sweet and aromatic Siberian apple confiture, which is worth making.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
We wash the apples thoroughly, remove the damaged areas and peel them. Be sure to cut out the core along with the seeds, we only need the pulp.
step 2 out of 6
Cut the ranetki into small pieces and transfer to the multicooker bowl, add a glass of filtered water. We turn on the Baking program for 30 minutes.
step 3 out of 6
In half an hour, the fruits will become so soft that we can easily turn them into mashed potatoes using an ordinary wooden mashed potato crush.
step 4 out of 6
In the resulting puree, add half a kilogram of granulated sugar, mix and turn on the same mode, however, now we set the timer for 60 minutes.
step 5 out of 6
Within an hour, the jam needs to be constantly checked and stirred, as the cooking time may vary depending on the power and model of your multicooker. As soon as the mass becomes dark, amber in color and thickens, it's time to turn it off. A few minutes before cooking, pour in a few tablespoons of lemon juice and stir vigorously.
step 6 out of 6
Pour the finished sweet into clean and sterile jars, roll it up and turn it upside down until it cools completely. It is best to store the workpiece in the basement or cellar. Shelf life is about a year. Bon Appetit!
