Canned apricots in seedless syrup for the winter

According to this recipe, you will prepare an amazingly tasty and aromatic preparation of apricots, which will preserve the maximum vitamins needed in winter and will be stored for a long time.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
We do not use too soft, overripe apricots in the preservation process. They should be juicy, but firm enough. We discard the rotten fruits. We wash the fruit with running water and wipe it off with a paper towel. To remove the seeds, cut the fruit in half.
step 2 out of 6
We select the necessary cans for seaming. They should first be cleaned with a sponge and baking soda and then rinsed thoroughly. We sterilize the cleaned jars. We spread apricots in containers, filling them by 70%.
step 3 out of 6
Pour sugar over the apricots. If the apricots are not very sweet and sour, you can increase the sugar portion.
step 4 out of 6
Pour water, previously purified with a filter, into a saucepan. Bring it to a boil. Now we pour boiling water into jars very carefully, otherwise the containers may burst.
step 5 out of 6
We finish the process of preparing the rolls with conservation. We put the cans in the oven. We set the desired temperature - 120 degrees. We are waiting for 20 minutes.
step 6 out of 6
We take out the cans from the oven and immediately roll up the lids, which must be cleaned, rinsed and scalded with boiling water in advance. We turn over the container with the blanks and cover with a blanket. When the seams are cool, we send them to the pantry.
Bon Appetit!
