A very original option for harvesting tomatoes for the winter is obtained by stuffing them with garlic. It turns out very tasty and original.

Prepare cans and lids for seaming in advance. Sterilize the jars, boil the lids. Wash and dry the tomatoes. Peel the garlic.

Cut out the stalk of each tomato and put a clove of garlic in it. Large teeth can be cut into several pieces.

Put dill, peppercorns, cloves on the bottom of the jars, then fill the jar with tomatoes to the top. Pour water into a saucepan, bring it to a boil, add salt and sugar, keep the brine on fire for a few minutes to dissolve the grains of sand. Pour the jars of tomatoes with the resulting marinade, cover them with lids. Now the jars with tomatoes need to be sterilized, for this, place the jars in a deep saucepan, pour in water so that it reaches 2/3 of the height of the jar. Boil the blanks for 10-15 minutes.

Then add vinegar to the jars, add water if necessary and tighten the lids on the jars tightly. Wrap up the rolls in a warm blanket and leave to cool. Store sewing in a cool dry place.
