Canned tomatoes in tomato juice

Tomatoes are very tasty if you prepare them for the winter in tomato juice. The concentrated tomato flavor, flavored with garlic and pepper, just can't help but please. The tomatoes themselves can be served as a cold appetizer, while the juice-based marinade works well as a drink. Tomatoes should be selected mature, fleshy, without defects - this determines the taste and quality of the harvest.

My tomatoes from pollution. Peel the garlic, wash and dry. We thoroughly rinse the jars with a soda solution. We sterilize jars and lids in any way possible. Put garlic, allspice and black peppercorns, bay leaves in prepared jars. Put the tomatoes on top.

Boil water separately and pour tomatoes in jars into it. Cover with lids and keep the tomatoes in boiling water for five to seven minutes. Then we drain the water.

Pour the tomato juice into a separate saucepan, add salt and sugar to it. Bring the juice to a boil and boil for three minutes with constant stirring. At the end, add vinegar and mix.
