An original way of harvesting tomatoes for the winter is a canning recipe in apple juice. This dish turns out to be very special. The amazing sweet and sour taste of the sauce and juicy fruits will decorate not only a family, but also a festive table!

We wash the tomatoes and apples.

Cut the apples into slices and send them to the juicer.

Bring the finished apple juice to a boil and add salt to it.

Peel the tomatoes. And together with dill and pepper, we put them in sterilized jars. Fill the tomatoes with apple juice. We cover with lids.

We put the cans in a large saucepan and fill them with water about 1/4, bring to a boil and sterilize the cans for 10 minutes.

We take out the cans and roll them up tightly with lids.
