Pour gelatin with 500 ml. water and leave to swell for 40-60 minutes.

After the gelatin has swollen enough, filter it and fill it with the remaining 1.5 liters of water. We put on a slow fire.

Add sugar, salt and vinegar to the gelatin, mix and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Then we remove from the stove. The fill is ready.

Rinse the tomatoes under water and cut them into halves.

We put the tomatoes in sterilized jars, add black peppercorns and cloves to taste. Fill the contents of the jars with fill.
