Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
First of all, carefully sort through and clean the rows of debris and foliage. Then rinse the rows several times in cold running water in batches. Cut large mushrooms into several pieces.
step 2 out of 8
Put the washed rows in a deep container, fill with cold water and leave for about a day, periodically changing the water.
step 3 out of 8
Then drain the rows through a colander or sieve and rinse thoroughly under cool running water.
step 4 out of 8
Put the prepared rows in a deep saucepan and cover with cold water. Put on moderate heat and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook mushrooms for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally and skimming off the resulting foam. Pour the boiled rows through a sieve or colander and rinse thoroughly under cool running water.
step 5 out of 8
Prepare the marinade. Put bay leaves, cloves, black peppercorns and salt in a saucepan. Fill with the required amount of drinking water. Put on moderate heat and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat. Place the rows in the marinade and cook for about 20 more minutes, then add the vinegar. Stir and boil the rows in the marinade for another 5-7 minutes.
step 6 out of 8
Wash and sterilize the jars thoroughly in a convenient way. Pour boiling water over the lids or boil. Using a slotted spoon, arrange the rows as tightly as possible in sterile jars and carefully, so as not to burn yourself, fill the empty spaces with hot marinade.
step 7 out of 8
Tighten hot jars with rows well with sterile lids.
step 8 out of 8
Turn jars with rows upside down, wrap something warm and leave in this position until they cool completely. Then move the cooled jars of mushrooms to a dark, cool place for storage - in a cellar, basement, pantry or refrigerator.
