For home-baked lovers, I would like to recommend my favorite snack recipe. Lavash envelopes with minced meat and cheese are obtained with a thin crunchy dough and a lot of juicy aromatic filling. Be sure to cook it and you won't regret it!

Heat a deep frying pan well over moderate heat, pour in the required amount of vegetable oil, add the minced meat, salt and add black pepper to taste. Fry until the resulting juice has completely evaporated, stirring occasionally with a spatula.

Put the fried minced meat in a small container and cool completely.

Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. Cheese can be used with any fat content and texture. Place it over the cooled minced meat.

Rinse the parsley thoroughly in cool running water, then shake off excess moisture. Chop the dried parsley with a sharp knife. Leave a little for decoration. Add chopped parsley to the filling. Stir the filling until smooth.
