Lavash envelopes with minced meat in the oven

I want to propose a wonderful recipe that will be a great alternative to meat pies. Lavash envelopes with minced meat cooked in the oven are juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. It is convenient to take envelopes with you on a trip or a picnic.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 7
In a small container, combine the required amount of milk, mayonnaise and chicken yolk, mix thoroughly until smooth using a whisk.
step 2 out of 7
Pre-boil the potatoes, and also fry the minced meat until the resulting juice completely evaporates. Cut the boiled potatoes into small cubes and combine with fried minced meat, salt and pepper. Mix well.
step 3 out of 7
Divide a sheet of Armenian lavash into several equal parts.
step 4 out of 7
Put the prepared filling in the center of each part of the pita bread and fold the pita bread into envelopes, folding the edges in the center. To keep the envelopes in shape and the filling does not fall out, brush the edges with the previously prepared filling using a silicone brush.
step 5 out of 7
Put the prepared pita envelopes with minced meat on the wire rack with the folded side down. Grease the top with the remaining fill, and then place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake the envelopes for about 10-15 minutes.
step 6 out of 7
Then carefully remove the wire shelf from the oven and remove the envelopes, cool them a little.
step 7 out of 7
Put slightly cooled pita envelopes with minced meat on a serving dish and serve.

Bon Appetit!
