First of all, prepare all the necessary ingredients for making crispy pita bread rolls with chicken, tomatoes and cheese.

Wash the chicken fillet thoroughly under cool running water, and then pat dry with paper towels or napkins.

Cut the chicken into small pieces and place in a small container. Peel the garlic, rinse under cold water, and then pass through a press, grate or chop with a sharp knife, add to chicken meat, salt and add black pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.

Wash the cilantro, bell pepper and tomato well in cool running water. Shake off excess moisture from greens. Pat the vegetables dry with kitchen towels or paper towels.
