With all my heart and with great desire, I want to recommend my favorite, wonderful recipe for fantastically delicious, crispy pita bread envelopes with chicken, cooked in the oven. Lavash envelopes will become your favorite among quick and mouth-watering snacks. Such envelopes can be taken with you on a trip or on a picnic, as well as served on a festive table.

Wash the chicken fillet thoroughly under cold running water, and then pat dry using paper towels. Cut each fillet in half, put in a small container. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.

Wash the apples thoroughly in cold running water, and then peel them using a vegetable peeler, carefully remove the core with the seeds. Then grate the peeled apples on a coarse grater.

Also grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. You can use not only hard cheese, but also processed, creamy, curd or mozzarella.
