With all my heart and with great desire, I want to share a great recipe for a quick snack. Pita bread envelopes with ham, tomatoes and cheese cooked in a pan can be a great alternative to your usual breakfast. Prepare these envelopes and take with you to work or on a trip.

Peel the onions, rinse under cold running water, and then chop with a sharp knife.

Peel the ham and cut into a medium dice. The ham can be substituted with other meat or sausage products. Experiment and create your perfect recipe.

Wash the tomatoes thoroughly under running water, dry, and then cut into medium cubes, after removing the stalk.

Rinse your favorite greens thoroughly under cold running water, and then shake off excess moisture and dry. Chop the prepared greens with a sharp knife. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
