With all my heart and with great desire, I want to share a great recipe for a quick snack. Pita bread envelopes with ham, tomatoes and cheese cooked in a pan can be a great alternative to your usual breakfast. Prepare these envelopes and take with you to work or on a trip.

Combine the filling in one common bowl and mix thoroughly until smooth. Place the prepared filling in the center of each rectangular piece of pita bread. First fold the bottom edge to the center, then the side edges, and then twist in the same way as you roll a roll. Roll up the rest of the envelopes as well.
Beat the chicken egg well in a bowl. Dip the envelopes one by one into the egg mass. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add a little vegetable oil.
