Lavash envelopes with egg and onions

I propose to cook fantastically delicious envelopes of pita bread with eggs and onions for breakfast, which resemble grandma's pies, but they are prepared, unlike pies, in a matter of minutes. Be sure to try making a delicious snack and your family will be impressed.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 12
Pre-boil 3 hard-boiled chicken eggs in salted water, then cool and peel them. Cut the peeled chicken eggs into small cubes.
step 2 out of 12
Rinse green onions thoroughly in cool running water, then shake off excess moisture and chop with a sharp knife.
step 3 out of 12
Combine the prepared ingredients in a common container, add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.
step 4 out of 12
Divide the lavash sheet into 4 equal parts. Place on a clean work surface.
step 5 out of 12
Divide the filling visually into 4 parts. Place the filling in the center of the pita bread.
step 6 out of 12
Then cover with the bottom free edge of the pita bread, then wrap the side edges.
step 7 out of 12
And roll the pita bread into an envelope.
step 8 out of 12
Form the rest of the envelopes this way.
step 9 out of 12
Break the chicken egg into a small bowl and mix well with a fork until smooth. Dip the envelopes well on all sides in the egg mass.
step 10 out of 12
Put the pan on moderate heat, heat well, brush with a little olive oil, put envelopes and fry until golden brown on one side.
step 11 out of 12
Then turn over to the other side and fry until delicious golden brown.
step 12 out of 12
Put the prepared pita envelopes with eggs and onions on a dish covered with lettuce leaves and serve.

Bon Appetit!
