Puff pastry envelopes with potatoes

Puff envelopes with potato filling will help solve the problem with a snack on the festive table. They have a delicate texture and are eaten in a matter of minutes. To your taste, you can add herbs or mushrooms to the filling.

Peel the potatoes, wash them so that they cook faster, cut them into slices. Add a raw egg to boiled potatoes and mash, salt to taste.
