You can diversify your lunch menu with magnificent chicken puff envelopes. This is a delicate taste and interesting serving in one dish. You can serve chicken envelopes with a light vegetable salad or broth.

Boil chicken thighs in salted water. When the chicken is cool, separate the meat from the bones.
