Puff pastry envelopes with fish

Surprise your guests with an interesting and delicious puff pastry and fish dish they have never tasted before. Puff envelopes can be served as an appetizer or as a main course.

Put the eggs to boil, separate the salmon fillet from the skin and cut into small strips.

Peel the boiled eggs and cut into quarters.

Peel the onions and cut into thin rings.

Defrost the dough completely at room temperature and cut into squares.

Place an onion ring, an egg wedge, and a salmon slice in the center of each square. Then glue the corners of the dough together to form an envelope. Do this with all the dough and filling.

Line a baking sheet with baking paper and place the blanks on it. Mix the yolk with water, grease the envelopes with this mixture.

Bake the dish in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes until the dough is ready. Serve the fish envelopes warm.
