Puff pastry envelopes with apples

Late summer is the time for apple baking. The easiest way to do this is to have ready-made puff pastry in stock. The aroma of such baked goods is simply magical.

Wash the apples, peel and chop finely.

Melt the butter in a skillet, put the apples, lightly fry them, then add sugar and fry until light caramelization. Put the apples on a plate and cool.

Defrost the dough, spread it out on a work surface and cut into squares.

Sprinkle the work surface with flour, put a square of dough, roll it out a little. Put the filling on one edge of the dough, fold the dough in half and fasten the edges.
