Royal cheesecake with strawberries

The shortcrust pastry base is filled with cottage cheese, eggs and sugar filling. Put strawberries on top and sprinkle everything with crumbs. The cheesecake is baked for about half an hour and it turns out to be very tender and tasty.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
Sift wheat flour into a deep container through a sieve, add half a glass of granulated sugar and cold margarine cut into pieces. We grind everything with our hands into small crumbs.
step 2 out of 9
Let's start preparing the filling. We send two packs of cottage cheese to a suitable container, break two eggs to it and add 4-5 tablespoons of sugar.
step 3 out of 9
We punch everything well with a blender until a homogeneous mass is formed.
step 4 out of 9
Put about half of the crumbs into a detachable baking dish, level it and make the sides.
step 5 out of 9
We spread the curd mass and level it over the surface of the base with a spatula.
step 6 out of 9
Wash the strawberries well, dry them and put them on top of the filling. If desired, the berries can be sprinkled with a small amount of granulated sugar.
step 7 out of 9
Sprinkle everything evenly with the remaining sand crumbs.
step 8 out of 9
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and bake the cheesecake for 20-30 minutes. It should be well browned.
step 9 out of 9
Without removing it from the mold, let it cool completely. Next, cut into portions and serve with hot tea or coffee. Bon Appetit!
