Turkey cutlets in a frying pan - not entirely healthy, but very tasty. The recipe offered to you is basic and by adding other ingredients, you will get cutlets of a different taste. You can cook them from store-bought minced meat or cooked with your own hands, it is important to beat off the minced meat well so that the cutlets keep their shape and remain juicy.
